A Taste Waterford and Ardmore Pottery & Gallery collaboration.
An intimate experience of pottery making and exceptional food on the beautiful Ardmore Bay.
Set on the dramatic coastline of West Waterford, Fire & Feast is an intimate, culinary and craft experience.
Pottery and food go hand-in-hand. They celebrate artistry, skill, and a connection with the things we love – and this experience is about bringing those passions together.
Join our very own Sarah Lincoln of Ardmore Pottery and Luis Martin of Mara Restaurant for an experience like no other.
Under Sarah’s expert tutorage, explore techniques and skills to create your own pottery piece, allowing your inspiration to guide you, whilst Sarah offers the knowledge and tools to help your creation come to life.
And then there’s the food.
Luis Martin is currently Munster’s Best Chef for three years in a row, earning praise for his innovative food with flavours inspired from his hometown of Santander, and inspiration from Waterford’s landscapes.
Dine with his curated menu that not only celebrates local flavours and seasons, but is also served with tableware made by respected makers across Ireland.
With a pottery piece to take home once fired, and an exclusive culinary journey, you’ll have memories of touch and taste – all with a stunning backdrop of Ardmore Bay.
Small guest numbers ensure a personal and unhurried atmosphere. The experience is shaped around conversation, connection, and immersion – between maker and guest, craft and cuisine.
Running on Wednesday Evenings fortnightly throughout the summer season, starting on June 10th.
