This square Adele Stanley butter dish is cast in porcelain. The lid is hand painted on the outside, is sanded and left unglazed exposing the quality of the coloured clay and giving it a lovely, tactile quality. It is glazed on the inside. The plate is hand painted and finished with a clear shiny glaze.
This butter dish is perfect for a slice from a standard pound of butter.
