Dimensions - 10cm diameter & 4cm high
Baked Egg Recipe -
Crack 1 egg into the baked egg dish
Drop in 4 thin slices of chorizo
Crack in a second egg
Add 2 teaspoons of cream
Liberally sprinkle with grated parmesan
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for about 12 mins
