Handcrafted in Co.Wicklow, this pure cacao block is chocolate in its purest, simplest form with no added nasties. Just 100% pure, organic, ethically sourced cacao bean from Dominican Republic gently roasted and stone ground. Pure cacao is a great alternative to coffee as it is high in theobromine, a natural stimulant similar to caffeine, but without the jittery effects. 

You can use various milks based on personal preference, oat milk is recommended as it's naturally sweet. You can also add spices like cinnamon, ground cardamom, chilli, ginger, or vanilla extract. 

Wicklow based Nibbed was created during 2020 by aunt and niece duo, Lisa and Anna. They combined Lisa'a background as a chef, and her passion for health and nutrition with Anna's background in design and marketing.
